Contact me:
The best way is to reach me if you are not a current client is by confidential, encrypted e-mail at lynda@lyndawarwick.com. My phone is 978 216 4664 but I don't check voice mail unless I'm expecting a call. Current clients should use the portal, below. If you need to mail me something, e-mail me and I'll send you the mailing address.
On Scheduling:
In order to strike some balance between flexibility and predictability, I allow clients to take regular appointment times on a first-come, first served basis--meaning that once you have a regular time and schedule, it's yours until you tell me otherwise, and I will fit new people around that time.
Of course, that means when you first come in, you might have to fit in around other people's times for awhile. I don't plan to expand the size of the practice, because I want to have the time and energy to do a good job with the people I see. People do get better and decrease session frequency, and then move on, so I usually get new openings reasonably often. And sometimes I'm not busy, and then it's easy to get and keep a regular time.
For this reason, it's really important that people let me know as early as possible if they can't keep an appointment, so I can offer the time to someone who may be waiting.
If you’ve made it through all the fine print, and think this might be a good fit for you, feel free to contact me! I can most easily be reached via the button below.
A note about e-mail: All e-mail between us, once you are a client, is considered to be part of your medical record. Your e-mail and my response goes into your chart automatically. For this reason, if you want to initiate a message to me, you will need to do this through the button below. If I e-mail you, you will sign into the portal with a username and password I will give you. This system is like the ones most physicians use and is a little more cumbersome than just using encrypted e-mail--but it's more HIPAA compliant. If you are not a current client, you can e-mail me at lynda@lyndawarwick.com.
